Terms and Conditions

Clients are those persons who after reading and continuing with the conditions set forth in this agreement (hereinafter “Agreement”) consent to all terms and conditions:

AGREEMENTS, TERMS, CONDITIONS
AnnaSimone.com was founded because men have the right to enjoy the company of a beautiful woman. But that right may not violate the woman’s right to be in control of her own body and spirit in her interactions with men. Women may not be subjected to domination or abuse in any form. AnnaSimone.com is designed exclusively for men who unconditionally accept these conditions. Upon payment for companionship and for any of the Services of AnnaSimone, Angel Service, LLC, each client hereby acknowledges that he understands the terms and conditions set forth above and below and agrees to abide by them. Further, by those same actions of payment for services, each client warrants the following:

  • I am 21 years of age or older.
  • I understand that AnnaSimone performs its vacation companionship services to accommodate vacationing clients who desire to meet adult women who are interested in sharing vacations for the purpose of companionship, dating, long term relationships, and marriage; and to accommodate clients who desire a companion during their vacation.
  • I acknowledge that any and all interactions that occur between me and my vacation companion is a result of our mutual agreement and understanding.
  • I understand that all companion are adult women and that Anna Simone, Angel Service, LLC, its owners, employees, representatives, and agents do not and will not provide introductions to minors for any reason or purpose.
  • I will abide by and expect to be governed by the laws of the countries in which I vacation. I will not claim my vacation companionship as an explanation for any embarrassing, disruptive, law breaking, or otherwise aberrant behavior. I understand that I am responsible for my own behavior and do not hold AnnaSimone®, Angel Service, LLC, nor any of its owners, employees, representatives, agents, or officers responsible for any behavior I choose by my own volition to exhibit.
  • I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless, AnnaSimone®, Angel Service, LLC, its owners, employees, representatives, officers, and agents against any and all claims, suits, actions, or other proceedings brought against the “indemnified party” from any and all claims, expenses, causes of actions in violation of this agreement. I will pay any and all costs, damages, and expenses, including, but not limited to, reasonable attorney’s fees and costs awarded against or otherwise incurred by the Indemnified Party in connection with or arising from any such claims, suit action or proceeding.
  • I acknowledge and agree that AnnaSimone®, Angel Service, LLC will not be liable to me under any circumstances with respect to any subject matter of this agreement under any contract, negligence, tort, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages (including loss of revenue or goodwill or anticipated profits or loss of business) even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • Further not withstanding anything to the contrary contained in this agreement, in no event will cumulative liability of AnnaSimone®, Angel Service, LLC its owners, employees, representatives, agents, and officers to me arising out of or related to this agreement, whether based on contract, negligence, strict liability, tort, or other legal or equitable theory exceed an amount equal to the fee paid for Services by me to AnnaSimone®, Angel Service, LLC.
  • I acknowledge that service fees are partially refundable up to ____ days notice of cancellation, and after such time, only a partial credit toward future services is available.

Enforceability. If any provisions of this Agreement are held or deemed unenforceable or too broad to permit enforcement of such provision to its full extent, then such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law. If any of the provisions of this Agreement shall be construed to be illegal or invalid, the validity of any other provision hereof shall not be affected thereby.

Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed and construed according to the laws of Nevada, and shall be deemed to be effective as of the first day of Client’s engagement of the AnnaSimone, Angel Service, LLC.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement contains the entire agreement between AnnaSimone, Angel Service, LLC and Client and no modification, amendment, or addition to this Agreement, nor waiver of any of its provisions, shall be valid or enforceable unless in writing and signed by all the parties. This agreement supersedes all prior negotiations, discussions, correspondence and drafts of agreements between the parties relating to this agreement and the subject matter of this agreement. Neither party to this agreement has made any representation or warranty relating to this agreement or the subject matter of this agreement except those specially contained in writing in this agreement.

Binding Agreement. This Agreement shall be binding on the parties, their distributees, legal representatives, successors, and assigns.

Attorneys’ Fees. In the event AnnaSimone, Angel Service, LLC shall engage the services of an attorney(s) to enforce any item hereof, AnnaSimone, Angel Service, LLC are entitled to reasonable attorneys’ fees.
